I started C25K just over 2 years ago. I could barely run but persevered and finished the course. Last year I ran a half marathon and this year I’m doing a half and full marathon. Everyone in the club is so supportive and I couldn’t have done it without their encouragement.
I run 4-5 miles twice a week and Sunday is the longer 10 mile run which I really enjoy. I have said I’ll only do one marathon so I can cross it off my bucket list – but who knows??
