Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Recovery run. Parkstone 3 or 4.5 miles
Tue: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Winter run training
- 10k Wingletye route
- 7k Parkstone route available via secondary leader
Wed: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Recovery run. Parkstone 3 or 4.5 miles.
Thu: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
5 mile hilly route
Fri: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Jog & Grog - running optional
Sat: 9 am
Meet in Raphael Park
Park Run - PB time!
Sun: 8 am
Meet in Harold Wood Park.
Long distance run. Typically 5, 7 or 10 miles
If you're training for the 10k Winter Run, use this session to up your mileage to 6.2 miles.

Remember the more experienced you become at running the better you understand your bodies needs to adapt to enhancing your running abilities. As a club our main goal, along with England Athletics, is to make your running an enjoyable experience so that running becomes an integral part of your life.
Remember to wear hi vis clothing, flashing lights so that you are visible to road users and pedestrians.

Fame! Not sure why the paper thought it was necessary to mention the two members to get PBs were female in the headline. Can’t imagine they would do the same if they reported PBs for men!

We meet at 6.30pm Monday to Friday at The Ingrebourne Centre, Gubbins Lane, Harold Wood.
Various distances 5k to 7k.
Couch 2 5K programmes as well.


Saturdays 9am at Raphael’s Park for ParkRun.


Sundays 8am at Harold Wood Park for longer runs. (7 to 10miles)
