Great fun tonight!

Hi all.

Linda Day and I (Mark Eost) are leading this week and we've got a fantastic mix of runs for you to join in with at your own ability so don't be shy - come and join the fun!.

As usual we are meeting in the park at 6.30 every night this week.

Mon 24th
Recovery run for Sunday long distance groups (3 and 4 miles)
C25K
Tracy's walking group - 3.5 miles

Tue 25th
Hill sprints for all ages and abilities (don't be afraid this really is for everyone. Two groups will be available so join the one that suits you.)
Tracy's walking group - 4 miles

Wed 26th
3 or 4 miles to push as hard as you like or just relax and stretch your legs after yesterdays hill sprints

Tracy's walking group - 3.5 miles

Thu 27th
OMG how are we going to compete with Lisa's sprint sessions. You'll have to come along and find out. This session is for everyone, not just the fast runners. Sprint sessions help you get fit and strong. Two groups to suit everyones training needs
Tracy's walking group - 4 miles

Fri 28th
Jog & grog. The best session of the week. Come and run, make new friends or just catch up on the latest gossip

Tracy's walking group - 3 miles

Sat 29th
Park Run - the hardest 3 mile sprint you'll ever do. Race against yourself and the clock -
Some of the Club are going to Thurrock for their Movie themed parkrun, if you want to join us let us know.

Sun 30th
Sunday is the day to push out your distance and all being well we will have a few groups so that everyone can join in.

Decathlon 5k at Rainham Marshes. You have to register it isn't too late.
Tracy will be walking this race, if anyone wishes to join her.

Weekly Schedule

We meet at 6.30pm Monday to Friday at Harold Wood Park.
Various distances 5k to 7k.
Couch 2 5K programmes as well.


Saturdays 9am at Raphael’s Park for ParkRun.


Sundays 8am at Harold Wood Park for longer runs. (7 to 10miles)
