The week ahead

After an amazing weekend lets keep up high spirits - (Recovery / rest is as important as running)

here is a Map to the week ahead, (please be aware the routes and Leaders this week are open to change due to busy work commitments)

Monday:
4 mile Recovery run - Parkstone Avenue : e-pace

Tuesday:
Harold Hill 5 Miles
Hillyrun around Harold Hill
Push up the hills - be careful underfoot

Wednesday:
Parkstone reverse / Wingletye lane - Gentle e-pace run

Thursday:
Intensity training (weather dependent - no intensity in slippery conditions)
Sprints 3 x 4 (3 sets of 4)

Friday:
Jog & Grog
Social run at your pace followed by a social drink

Saturday:
Raphael Park Run

Sunday:
Sunday Morning Run at 8AM

Please remember to warm up and warm down before and after you run especially in the colder weather to help avoid injury

Be aware of the weather and the conditions you are running in.

Lets be smart about how we train If you are doing a long distance or high intensity lets be wise how we train the day before and the day after

Weekly Schedule

We meet at 6.30pm Monday to Friday at Harold Wood Park.
Various distances 5k to 7k.
Couch 2 5K programmes as well.


Saturdays 9am at Raphael’s Park for ParkRun.


Sundays 8am at Harold Wood Park for longer runs. (7 to 10miles)
