The I2R programme reached its 6th week.
As usual, sessions will take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Meeting point 6:30pm in Neighbourhood Centre car park

Mon: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Recovery run. Parkstone 3 or 4.5 miles
Tue: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Intensity training session
Wed:
Meet at 6:30 pm in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Recovery run. Parkstone 3 or 4.5 miles.
Thu: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
5 mile hilly route
Fri: 6:30 pm
Meet in Neighbourhood Centre car park
Jog & Grog - running optional
Sat: 9 am
It is Parkrun Day. Meet in Raphael Park
Sun:
We have a few club members running Thorpe Park Half Marathon.
For all other members meet at 8 am in Harold Wood Park.
Long distance run. Typically 5, 7 or 10 miles

Weekly Schedule

We meet at 6.30pm Monday to Friday at The Ingrebourne Centre, Gubbins Lane, Harold Wood.
Various distances 5k to 7k.
Introduction to Running programmes as well.


Saturdays 9am at Raphael’s Park for ParkRun.


Sundays 8am at Harold Wood Park for longer runs. (7 to 10miles)
