Here's the weeks ahead schedule.

C25K:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Barry will be supporting C25K

Recovery run. Parkstone 3 or 4.5 miles
Tue: 6.30

I pace session at duckpond for all levels of running.
10 x 3 minutes of I pace, 3 minutes E pace (Individual pace details attached). Slower runners do 8 reps.
Bring your own stopwatch. I will let you know when each 3minutes intervals are over.
Wed: 6.30

Park Run - Halloween themed, crack out those scary costumes.

Long distance run. Typically 5, 7 or 10 miles

Weekly Schedule

We meet at 6.30pm Monday to Friday at Harold Wood Park.
Various distances 5k to 7k.
Couch 2 5K programmes as well.


Saturdays 9am at Raphael’s Park for ParkRun.


Sundays 8am at Harold Wood Park for longer runs. (7 to 10miles)
